First Floor Group, in partnership with the SEMI Foundation, is inviting people to join upcoming focus groups about their experiences with the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industry.

We are looking for a wide range of perspectives—from those currently working or apprenticing in the industry, to those who’ve left it, completed training, or even explored it but chose another path. Your feedback will help us better understand what helps people succeed, what challenges make it harder to stay, and how the industry can be more inclusive and supportive for all workers.

These employee-focused sessions will be followed by a broader community session on September 16, which will look at general perceptions of the industry. If you know people who might be a fit for that as well, we’d love for you to pass the invitation along when it’s ready.

Participants will receive a $50 Amazon gift card as a thank-you for their time.
